Alex Paley is a dynamic executive leader with a 20+ year entrepreneurial track record of building and scaling multi-line healthcare businesses. He has proven expertise in leading and managing all aspects of asset value maximization, enhancement of regulatory performance, and operational improvement.  He is an expert in managing comprehensive due diligence initiatives and teams.

Alex specializes in driving new business development from strategy through execution, including program development, team building, budgeting, and project leadership. He excels at tackling complex business problems – including within the evolving Managed Care/Value-Based Care/ACO environments – through contract negotiations, supply chain management, and merger/acquisition integration.

After graduating from Brandeis University, Alex earned a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University School of Public Health, where he is currently a lecturer on healthcare mergers and acquisitions. He also lectures at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and New York Medical College. He is a regular speaker for the United Negro College Fund’s Leadership in Healthcare series. He has served on the board of directors for LTC 100 and has published articles in McKnight’s Long Term Care News.
